serving the Buffalo Niagara Region. Our custom designed, guaranteed program allows
you to put your home on the market as a full MLS listing, complete with photos, and also
as a listing on multiple web sites for a six month period for a one time charge of $675.
If at any time during the first 60 days you prefer to change to a full service listing you will receive a refund of $500.

 We will provide a market analysis showing you what other properties have sold for in
your neighborhood. We will also offer Staging advice making sure your home puts its
best (square) foot forward. We take photos of the interior and exterior of your home
that will appear with your listing on the internet. We will prepare highlight sheets of these
features to distribute to potential buyers. You will receive a custom "For Sale" sign
personalized with your phone number so buyers can deal directly with you and not have
to go through a third party. "Open House" signs will be provided as well ,if you wish them.

When you list with INTERNET DIRECT REALTY you have an Exclusive Agency Listing
which allows you to sell your home yourself therefore paying no commission or you may
accept an offer through a Realtor where you would pay a previously determined commission
to the selling broker.
